Finally, you need to land the plane at its destination over water and then allow the passengers to move out from the plane.

A simulator game normally works well if the graphics and controls are realistic. If the game is lacking in any aspect, it doesn't offer a solid gaming experience. Sea Plane Flight Simulator 3D does a good job as far as graphics are concerned. The plane, the passengers, the water and the overall environment is nice enough and the use of bright and vivid colors is a welcome surprise. The physics involved is fine as well with the plane landing especially well-crafted. If you take a nose dive and try to land the plane, you would crash it completely. Similarly, you can't make 180 flips or anything like that and need to slow down your speed in order to make steep turns.

The flight simulator is however found wanting as far as controls are concerned. Firstly, the controls are very difficult and maneuvering the plane is a very difficult task. There are two kinds of controls available. The button controls offer a steering wheel of sort whereby you have to control the takeoff and landing as well as the right and left movement through the same control button. The tilt controls aren't that better with the plane hardly responding smoothly to the turns while moving the plane up or down is very difficult as well. Without solid controls, it is always a struggle to master the game or even be able to continuously progress smoothly.

There are a number of levels available and your main mission is to simply bring the passengers to their destination. However, the points scored depend on whether you were able to pass through the in-flight targets and whether you were able to complete the mission on time.

The sound offered in the game is nice and adds a layer of realism with all the radio talk ensuring that you feel like you are actually flying a seaplane.
